Everything available on the Health Wallet web experience is also available in the mobile app — including submitting claims, checking balances, and managing your account. Here’s how to find and download the app.
How to download the app
You can find the app in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
Search for Health Wallet Benefits.
Select the app from the search results.
Select Download (iOS) or Install (Android).
Logging in to the Health Wallet mobile app
How you log in to the app depends on how you access the Health Wallet today.
If you have a Health Wallet account
Log in to the app with your existing Health Wallet email and password. You don't need to create a new account.
If you log in through single sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on (SSO) lets you use one set of login credentials to access multiple websites and apps, like using your Google account to sign in to a non-Google site. If you log in to the Health Wallet with the same credentials you use for your organization's portal, you're an SSO user.
To log in to the app, you'll need to set a Health Wallet password first:
Open the Health Wallet app and tap Forgot Password?
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Log in with your email and new password.
