How to report a lost or stolen card
Locking card
Locking your card is required once you report it lost or stolen. This protects your account from further unauthorized charges.
Contact support right away. We'll verify your identity before sharing any account details, then:
Lock your card to stop any new charges.
Help you order a replacement.
Review recent card activity to identify unauthorized charges.
