  • $8,160/yr for commuter benefits

    • $4,080/year for transit

    • $4,080/year for parking

  • $8,160/year for commuter benefits

  • $7,500 per household per year for DCFSA

FSA and LP-FSA contribution rules

  • Employee contributions can't exceed the IRS maximum of $3,400/year.

  • Employers can contribute either a one-time $500, or a dollar-for-dollar match if the employee's contribution is more than $500.

  • Combined employee and employer contributions can't exceed twice the IRS maximum.

Example: If the employee contributes $0, the employer can make a one-time $500 contribution. If the employee contributes $1,000, the employer may contribute $1,000.

The form won’t let you save an amount that conflicts with these rules.

Default amount

If no limit is set, the benefit defaults to the current IRS maximum.
