When opening an account, you must provide a cell phone number to set up your account.

Why SMS verification

During the log-in process, we'll send you a 4-digit verification code by text for you to enter into our system. This SMS verification process helps confirm your identity and adds an extra layer of security to your account.

If you do not have a personal cell phone, consider borrowing a cell phone from a trusted family member who lives in the same household and can reliably provide the security code.
