Changing a user's email address

Has someone requested to change their email address after they've already been enrolled? Here's how to change that.

If you have an enrolled user and they ask for an email change, there are two easy ways to make this change on their behalf.

  1. Send a new enrollment file with their new email address listed and specify the correct “transaction type” = A.

  2. Send a quick message to support@firstdollar.com letting us know of the update and the affected users.
