Note on template edits

Before assigning, you can choose to edit the benefit template by selecting Edit Program, making desired edits, and then selecting Save. You can also make edits after you've assigned a template to an organization.

Partner Administrator Feature

This feature is only available for partner administrators. It is not available for employer administrators.

How to assign a benefit program to an organization

  1. Select Benefit Builder in the Health Wallet Manager side panel.

  2. Select Create Benefits from the appropriate benefit template.

  3. Enter the Plan Start and End Date(s).

  4. Select the participating organization(s).

  5. Select Add Selected.

  6. Select Create Benefit.

Note on review

After you've created the new benefit, you can review the assigned organizations under the Organizations tab.
