Whether your member's card never came through the mail or it was lost or stolen, they can easily terminate the card and issue another one through their account!
Requesting a new card
The member can request a new card through their Health Wallet. To do this, ask the member to:
Log In to their Health Wallet.
Navigate to their Cards section.
Select the three vertical dots above the desired card.
Select Request New Card.
Locking a card
We recommend cardholders lock their cards if their card has been lost or stolen. To do this, ask the member to:
Log In to their Health Wallet.
Navigate to their Cards section.
Select the three vertical dots above the desired card.
Select Lock Card.
Please note:
New cards take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
There is no cost for a replacement card.
Members can use their Virtual Card while waiting for a physical card to be delivered.
