Request (or lock) cards for program members

Learn how members can lock or request new cards through their Health Wallet.

Whether your member's card never came through the mail or it was lost or stolen, they can easily terminate the card and issue another one through their account!

Requesting a new card

The member can request a new card through their Health Wallet. To do this, ask the member to:

  • Log In to their Health Wallet.

  • Navigate to their Cards section.

  • Select the three vertical dots above the desired card.

  • Select Request New Card.

Locking a card

We recommend cardholders lock their cards if their card has been lost or stolen. To do this, ask the member to:

  • Log In to their Health Wallet.

  • Navigate to their Cards section.

  • Select the three vertical dots above the desired card.

  • Select Lock Card.

Please note:

  • New cards take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

  • There is no cost for a replacement card.

  • Members can use their Virtual Card while waiting for a physical card to be delivered.
