Need to to lock or request a new card? Here's how to do it.

It’s easy to replace or manage a damaged or lost card right from your account.

How to replace a card:

  1. Select Cards.

  2. Select the three vertical dots on the card you want to replace.

  3. Select Request New Card.

  4. Select a reason and Issue New Card.

New debit cards typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered.


How to lock your card:

  1. Select Cards.

  2. Select the three vertical dots on the card you want to lock.

  3. Select a reason and Lock Card.

    1. To unlock your card, simply select Unlock Card on the locked card.
