How to review member information
Note for Partner Administrators
Select the desired organization from the Organizations tab before following the steps below.
Select Members
Use filters Employment Status, Benefit Type or
Search by member name.
Understanding filters
You can filter members of an organization by Employment Status (active or inactive) and Benefit Type (all benefit types linked to an organization).
Understanding search
You can search for members by name.
Note for Partner Administrators
For partner administrators (admin or super admin roles), you can search for all members who are a part of your benefit programs via the Members tab. Here, you can search by full name or their Member ID.
Member profile info
Look through the profile to get Member Demographics. This is important for confirming the identity of whoever is reaching out. You can see:
First, Middle, and Last Name
Date of Birth
Last 4 of SSN
Email address
Primary phone number
Mailing address
Log In enabled/disabled
The information seen on a profile will depend on what your team outlined in our partner agreement.
Review member benefits
You can check the benefits that a member is enrolled in. Each benefit is housed in its own tab.
Navigate to the desired benefits tab to check out the member's benefit details.
Review claims history
When viewing a member's Claim History, you can:
View the Claim Status for each claim.
Review details for any claim.
Process a decision for an open claim.
Check notes on a claim that's been held In Review for some time.
Review benefit details
If you have questions about a benefit plan that a member is enrolled in, check their Benefit Details. In this menu, you can:
Review Plan Details (i.e., grace period, receipt requirements)
Review the Merchant Categories assigned to the benefit to discover eligible spending categories.
Note for partner administrators
Use the Notes tab to leave notes on a member for yourself or a colleague.
Use the Cards tab to view active cards, associated family cards, and deactivated cards. You can also deactivate a card from this view.
