It’s easy to replace or manage a damaged or lost card right from your account.
How to replace a card:
Requesting New Cards for Cards Not Yet Activated
If your card has not been activated yet, you'll need to select Deactivate Card before requesting a new card. This may be your pathway if a card was sent to the wrong address.
Before requesting a new card, please confirm the address we have on file is correct.
Select Cards.
Select the three vertical dots on the card you want to replace.
Choose Request New Card.
Select a reason and Issue New Card.
Delivery Timeline
New debit cards typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
How to lock your card:
Select Cards.
Select the three vertical dots on the card you want to lock.
Select a reason and Lock Card.
To unlock your card, choose Unlock Card on the locked card.
