Add your card to a digital wallet

Want to access your benefit funds with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay? Here's how to enable mobile tap-to-pay payments.

A virtual card can be added to a digital wallet for secure tap-to-pay checkout at the point of sale. Physical cards may not be available depending on your plan.

How to add your card to a digital wallet

  • Open your preferred digital wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet).

  • Follow the steps to add a debit card.

  • Verify your information with a one-time code sent via text or email.

    • If your account offers an "Add to Wallet" option, use it to seamlessly integrate your virtual card into your digital wallet.

    • If the direct option is unavailable, manually add your virtual card by copying the card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV) and entering them into the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app.

Cards options vary

Not all card types (physical and virtual) are included in every plan. Card setup is unique to your plan and organization. To understand what card options are available to you, visit your Cards tab. If you have additional questions about your card options, contact your administrator.

Debit or credit?

Our benefit cards don't have a PIN, so if asked to choose between "credit" and "debit," choose “credit” — even if the card says “debit.” Choosing debit will prompt you for a PIN you don't have, and the purchase won't go through.
